[MUST READ] Complaint Regulations RbfeUg3
Failure to comply with the following rules may lead to a infraction, and or the closing on the complaint.

Don't flame other players in complaints or any topic. Doing so will result in the post being deleted (even if it contained relevant information) and an infraction issued.

Players can respond to complaints that do not directly involve them so long as they contribute useful information to the FC. If the information is not relevant to the situation the post will be deleted and an infraction will be issued..

Don't disrespect administrators when you are posting complaints against them. In doing so your complaint will be removed (as with the 'flaming players' rule) and punished according to the 'admin disrespect' rule.[/cyan]

Don't bump your complaint. You may PM one of the complaint moderators if your FC has had no reply within 48 hours.

Don't post in a thread that you /support it or /un-support. In doing so your post will be deleted and an infraction issued.

Don't post a complaint that has already been closed or resolved. If you disagree with an FC being closed/resolved you are to post a complaint appeal.

All names involved in the complaint MUST be written correctly.
In order to process forum complaints quickly, the name MUST be spelled correctly so the person is imprisoned. Failure to follow this rule may allow the person not be imprisoned due to wrong spelling.[/cyan]

In order to close a complaint you need to post a message in the thread you created. DO NOT EDIT THE FIRST POST. (see below)

Do not edit the 1st post, removing all the content you have posted. The first post must remain the way it was when you submitted the complaint. Failure to follow this rule will result in an infraction.[/cyan]

When posting evidence, you must provide valid screenshots or a video. Player logs are not allowed. You must post a reasonable and clear amount of evidence. A complaint with no proof will not only be closed, but it will also get you a infraction. You must show the situation in its entirety so the moderator fully understands the situation. SS's showing you dead at the end of what looks like a gun fight are not enough to make a call on.

If you publish a video instead of images, specify in a line below the video when the rule break happened so that we can check it all quickly and not delayed for no reason.

You have 24 hours to reply on a complaint that against you, we don't have to make it "Pending player", if you don't response in set time period, we can just "Resolve" the complaint and prison you.

You need to post ACTUAL screenshots failing to do so will result your complaint getting closed STRAIGHT AWAY at the administrators discretion.

You need to post complaint in 3 days (MAX) after the accident has happened. Unless a rule is surely broken and cannot be proven otherwise. Contrarily the complaint will be considered invalid. Posting FC's beyond 3 days will be closed and the poster infracted.

If forum complaint thread will contain more than 4 posts (2 for poster, 2 for the person who is being FC'ed) without admin involvement, there will be two ways how scenario might go:

A) If poster violates the regulation, his FC will be closed.

B) If defendant violates the regulation, he will be infracted (and his post probably removed).

After 4 posts capacity has been reached, you might post there ONLY if admin asks you. This will bring some order to forum complaints, and make our work go smoother, resulting FCs being solved faster.

This is entirely at the moderators discretion. Action can still be taken beyond the 2 posts. Posting more than twice does not allow for the other party to demand the FC
closed.

Regarding OOC contracts: admins are no longer going to be spending their time trying to find out who contracted you. If you can't find out IC'ly and provide valid proof; we are not obligated to find the proof for you.

It is literally impossible to prove whether or not you know them IC'ly from our standpoint. You can claim it all you want, but it is literally impossible to prove.

Unless you can provide proof, your FC's will be
AUTOMATICALLY CLOSED.
