ADVERTISING: No implying or hinting someone to play another server and or saying the servers IP/Name in a global chat attempting to gain it's attention. This goes for both negative and positive.

RESPECT:
Everyone must be treated with respect OOCly whether it be your Friend, family whoever and must also be treated the same. This rule reaches from staff to players, and players to staff. If you are caught being disrespectful or "flaming" or any disrespect of any sort you have violated this rule.

SKIN RULE:
Wearing a Skin, is like wearing Clothes In Real life, once you've set your name too a specific race you'll RP as the race you've set your name too be, For example, if your name is " Jayceon_John " <- This is a African Male's name, you are required to Roleplay as a African male, whether or not you've changed your skin, you will forever be a African Male, until you've changed your name.

DEATHMATCHING is strictly prohibited, you are not too approach a Character hitting them, shooting them, car parking and ramming them constantly too Kill them, there are many long term consequences you can face whether or not you Like them.
You join the server, it's your responsibility to Roleplay Realistically.

KILLING ON SIGHT is a available Roleplay option which brings more Roleplay into the server, but there are circumstances of doing so.
To Kill on sight, You must atlese have 50% In Game Knowledge of the characters that you'd be attacking.
You cannot KoS a person you've never met before In Game.
If you've wondered why You can do so is because When you meet someone In Game or In Real Life, You'd not forget them unless they are a long lost person, or haven't been around for a long while, So yeah, you wouldn't forget them whether or not they've changed skins.
Rules about Skins causing MG is stated about.
KoS is simply followed as, Meeting the person In Game, having any fued with that person, Since you've already met that person In Game, Or have knowledge of that person, It's okay too Attack without any Interaction, merely you shouldn't shoot too kill, give the person(s) a willing chance to run which would make stuff look more realistic.

NO MG: META-GAMING
Using ooc information ICly, or in game. Meaning taking something said to you in a non-roleplay channel (/b) and then using it in an RP.
Ex - /b Yeah, I was planning on shooting Dave. Dave: /me runs away!
Ex - /o I need a taxi at Idlewood!

STRICTLY NO ASSPULLING.
Everything you do must be Roleplayed, not perfectly but up to standards.
Your about to Pull a weapon? Whether it be Melee or A Gun there must be Roleplay towards getting that weapon and from a realistic and Reasonable Place.

HANDGUN EXAMPLE:
/me quickly moves his right hand down to his waistband grabbing the 44.Magnum as he Reloads the Barrel for fire.

MELEE EXAMPLE:
/me lifts his jersey as he slides out a Switchblade with his right hand after releasing the jersey letting it fall back in place.

LARGE WEAPON EXAMPLE:
/me quickly grabs the AR-15 From on the Car seat inserting the Magazine as he pulls the Hammer back for fire.

Strictly NO ASSPUT
After using your weapon/melee Item, you must Roleplay concealing the weapon/item in a realistic and reasonable.

HANDGUN EXAMPLE:
/me unloads the Bullets from the 44.Magnum as they dropped to the floor he'd then tuck the 44.Magnum back in his wasitband.

MELEE EXAMPLE:
/me quickly raises his jersey as he slides the SwitchBlade back into his waistband securing it tightly.

LARGE WEAPON EXAMPLE:
/me rushes towards the Car door detaching the Magazine from the AR-15 as he places the AR-15 on the car seat.

Weapon Carrying
Whilst carrying a Illegal or Legal weapon it must be brandished in a reasonable place, If the weapon is a Handgun that you are carrying, it must be carried with an /ame for example you are holding a Glock 17.

Example 1: /me would have a Glock 17 tucked into his waistband with the Handle sticking out.

This brings more realistic Roleplay, haven't not doing so without a Cop searching you or Just Rply doing it, you can Simply PG the weapon.

If your roleplaying as a Gangster you are required too do this since most gangsters aren't afraid of showing their weapon.
If your a Innocent Civilian or Business man you are required too use a Holster.

Whilst carrying a large weapon which goes too both LEO And Civilians, you are not too Sling it, especially if your a Civilian, you are too carry it in your hand or In Your vehicle. If you have an AK With you, you are too Hold it in your hand whether inside your house or on the streets.

Also we don't expect a Whole gang too carry weapons, or everybody too always have a weapon with them.

NO REVENGE KILLING:
Being in a Family or a Civilian or Organised Crime group, you must have some kind of Roleplay Knowledge of the this group or Roleplay before joining, you must act realistic.
If you've been attacked by a family or Group and you do get shot down? But saved and made it too the hospital you must forget 30 mins of your past roleplay time, if you've bleed out and never made it to the hospital, you must forget 1(ONE) whole hour of your past roleplay, your members who have maybe witness what happen may be able to Refresh your mind of what happens atlese 30 mins after the situation happens, When you do we don't expect you.. To goo back on a killing spree 30 mins nor 3 hours after, Think like a criminal, there's a time for everything and every dog has it's day. you must wait atlese 6 hours before returning to kill a gang or do a hit.
6 Hours because you aren't able to regenerate your body within 30 mins, RPly you are still recovering from your wounds within that 6 hours, if you have been killed in a war, then your out of the war. even if 6 hours have passed, you are still out until either family has be terminated from the war.

NO PG: POWER GAMING
1. To do an unrealistic action.
Ex - /me jumps off cliff and rolls.
2. To force an action upon another player.
3. To do several actions at once, without allowing another player to respond.
Ex - /me grabs Dave by his neck as he slams him to the ground, proceeding to kick him in the ribs.

NO KILLING TO AVOID BEING ARRESTED OR KILLED BY SOMEONE ELSE
When you are role-playing unless you are script-wise dead you are considered alive.
Ex - You get into a car crash and RP being dead to avoid getting arrested.
Ex - You're about to be carried to the hospital, and your /heart/ gives out.
Note: There is no exception towards this rule RPing being dead, to avoid an RP punishment will result in an OOC one of equal or more time.

UN-RP GUN FEAR
Having a weapon aimed at your head or wherever would install fear in for your life, and your going to Have too comply with the person that have pointed the weapon at you, failure too do so results in a long term prison time.

NO PLAYER/COP BAITING:
Gangs/Civilians/Cops are not required too go around a area looking for trouble purposely.
Gangs are not too go to another gang hood talking shit just too spark a war.
Civilians are not to go to Cops or Gangs talking shit just too spark a war.
Cops are NOT To hang around on the corner waiting for something to happen, they are required to continue on there duty untill they have been called too rescue, or is commanded by a high profiled officer too Raid.

Any Group that does this and reported would result in faction bans and warns.

NO RT: RUSH TAZING
Tazing a player whilst they have their weapon drawn and are facing you, or shooting at you.
Note: This rule is subject to admin discretion.

NO CAR RAMMING:
No car ramming UNRPly, Any CAR RAM, Without a /me is too still be roleplayed by the Both parties, Failure too do so results in jail time.

NO CAR PARKING:
Do not park, attempt too park, Roleplayingly Park, or any park ontop of a Player too Kill/DM or any other sort of RP.

NO ALT+TAB DURING ROLEPLAY
Do not, ALT+TAB, Press ESC Button during Roleplay too avoid the danger that you know that you know that your going to face, accept defeat or Find a way out of the situation.

NO CAR SURFING:
Riding on top of a vehicle.
Note: Even if RP'e/ you still may not. This does not apply if you're kidnapping and they are in your trunk.

NO RAPE/SEXUAL HARRASMENT
You need OOC permission before you can preform a sexual act.
Note: This is to avoid any situations that may make someone feel violated In real life.

NO FLAMING:
Comments made to offend or to hurt a player, staff, faction or group of people(subject by Staff to decide).

NO AVOIDING ROLEPLAY:
This is a Roleplay server, once you have joined the roleplay server, you have agreed too Roleplay up to standards on the server, failure too do so would get you removed from the server.

NO ABUSING CHATS(s):
Using a global channel to flame a player, or group. Using a global channel in a way that would be considered unrealistic such as asking for help.
Ex - /newb I need a taxi at idlewood!

NO BH: BUNNYHOPPING
Pressing your jump key to move faster whilst on foot. Doing so during a roleplay would be considered UN-RP conduct.

NO UN-RP CONDUCT:
Anything that would violate the immersion of a roleplay, or be considered unrealistic.

NO UN-RP JUMPS.
Driving off a ramp or cliff in a vehicle and not RPing the impact of the landing to a realistic degree.

NO UN-RP CRASHES
This refers to a vehicle crash, if you are in an accident with another player you are expecting to roleplay it.
NOTE: If you are in a pursuit with an L.E.O faction and flip, crash, or in any way preform an unrealistic action with your vehicle that would lead to injury you are expected to roleplay it to a realistic degree.
If you are a L.E.O this doesn't give you authority to be in pursuit of a criminal and drive like an Asshole, Drive simple use your tactics and spins, NO RAMMING STUPIDLY.

NO LAG DANCING.
Lag Dancing is walking back and fourth in a rapid succession in order to use "lag" to cause bullets or shots to miss you, and or avoid them. As of SA:MP 0.3z this has become less common but still is considered abuse.

NO CBUGGING:
DO NOT Abuse the Crouch aim shoot shit, this is forbidden and there would be many consequences which could upraise from this Rule that shouldn't be broken.

NO FINISHING:
Killing a player whilst in the wounded/injured state.
NOTE: Used to "PK" a player. If the player agrees to the "PK" or finish then you are required to preform at least two medium level roleplay lines of executing the player. If you do not have consent you must do at least five lines of detailed roleplay.

NO LOGGING TO AVOID:
Logging to avoid a roleplay, would be using "/q" to quit the server and avoid a roleplay.
Ex - **about to be caught after a police chase** "/q"

NO HACKING/EXPLOITING:
You are not able too use any third party programs to enhance your game play, if you think something shall be implemented then make a suggestion at the Suggestion board which is found on the main page of the forums.

NO THREATS TO THE SERVER:
If you threaten the server you will be banned, there is no exception to this rule if you're angry simply leave.[/b]

NO Killing in public areas.
For a example Unity Station, County General Hospital, Pizzastack, LAPD, Alhambra, etc.

The rob limit is $5,000. The scam limit is $10,000.
You cannot rob players that are level 3 or under, and you cannot scam players that are under level 5.
Caught not following these rules, you will be punished.

You are not required to Attack any LEO/FBI/GOV Or any other  Faction member that concerns law unless there's 2+ Members from that faction online at the same time and active, If there aren't any you are required to run or evacuate the area, There would be no retaliation on those Faction members if there are not 2+ Members around nor there should be any Shooting at or exchanging gun fire with them if there's not 2+ members online.

Getting access to weapons, doesn't mean you should walk around the whole server always having a gun on you, It's Dumb and unrealistic.
When your making a weapon, there must be some Roleplay to it. Not just create weapon on Spot.

Before joining the server you should read all these rules, more will come soon and some will be updated, and when roleplaying a character choose wisely and do some review on the Role you have choose to act.
